Anyone who has fished with me knows I like to eat and I like to cook. TRUST ME… you want this book! I have found some of the best recipes in this book over the years. Even if you don’t use things like wild game, you can substitute more common, domestic meats and be just fine. If you do cook with fish or wild game, you will lose your mind. This is a hard cover book with dust jacket. While I can’t promise there aren’t a few food stains on it, it is in very good condition. It’s an absolute beast at 458 pages.
